Brother and Sister Lodge Secretaries;

I have had a request from our Grand Master, Sister Shirley Blakey, to remind Lodge Secretaries that it is really important to send in the New Member Form as soon as a New Member has received their Initiatory Degree. We need that form to report the New Member to Sovereign Grand Lodge, and to generate the Third Degree Certificate for the New Member. The Third Degree Certificate is given to the New Member when they receive their Third Degree.

Sister Shirley is also asking the Lodge Secretaries to keep the Grand Lodge Office and Grand Master advised as the New Member receives their Third Degree.

I have heard from 3 that they can’t fill in the registration forms I sent. This is odd because they are fillable on my computer.

I have gone in and adjusted the forms. They are still fillable on my computer. I will reattach the forms in case there was a some glitch in the transmitting.

As for the Registration Forms for Sessions, you will see the form is two different pages. One side is to fill in if the Lodge is sending a Representative, the second page is to fill in and send if the Lodge is NOT sending a Representative. Please ensure that your Lodge sends in one page or the other.
When filling in the form, fill in all fields, and save the file to your computer (I would suggest, as an example, that you name the file as follows: “Avon 41 Rep certificate” to clearly show which lodge it is coming from. Attach that file to an email to ten.fooi@stnuocca <ten.fooi@stnuocca:otliam">mailto:ten.fooi@stnuocca> , and send it to me).

Officers, Past Grand Masters, and Past Elective Grand Lodge Officers, your form also is in two parts. Please return the appropriate page to ten.fooi@stnuocca <ten.fooi@stnuocca:otliam">mailto:ten.fooi@stnuocca> .

Hi All!

In a previous email I had let you know where to find the Grand Lodge Sessional Representation forms. I have had numerous emails asking for the fillable forms so I will attach the forms to this email, for your use.

I have also included the 1-2-3 Form for the DDGMs to complete when the incoming DDGM and Officers are elected. And I have attached the Annual Information Form for Lodges to complete after the Election of Lodge Officers.

This email serves as the Call for any necessary Legislation for the 2024 Annual Session.
If you would like to submit Legislation for the 2024 Annual Session please review the Document carefully for submitting the Legislation in Proper Form. I have also attached Grand Lodge Notice Motion and Resolution Forms to this email.

To Register for the 2024 Annual Session please see the appendix of the 2023 Journal of Proceedings.
We would request that Lodges, Officers, Past Grand Masters and Past Elective Officers who do not intend to attend the Session to fill in the part of the form indicating you will not be in attendance and return the form to us so we can make adequate preparations for the Annual Session. Packages, materials, cheques, etc, will only be made for those who submit the Registration Forms. Please submit the forms prior to the deadline.

Grand Lodge Officers pages 57-58
Past Grand Masters pages 59-60
Past Elective Grand Lodge Officers pages 61-62

The Bedroom Flyer is attached as well as the Forms for the Banquet and the Seminar, and Luncheon for the incoming DDGM from your District.

The Current DDGM will be interested in the 123 Form to be completed and returned by the Deadline. We need to have this Form, Complete and Correct, so we can prepare Commissions and Materials for the Incoming DDGM for your District.
