The current restaurant situation at the sessional Hotel

Hello all

I have just been notified that Demetres will not be opening early for us next week. Demetre’s Family Eatery – Home <demetresfamilyeatery.com/>

They are closed on Monday and, to the best of my knowledge, open at 11 am Tuesday – Sunday. As mentioned in my last letter to the lodges, Stacked restaurant just a block east of the hotel at 925 Ontario St Unit No- 5B (next to Food Basics) is offering a discount to those staying at the Rodeway Inn.
There is also Tim Horton’s, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and A & W and other drive thru or take out options close by.

Each room at the hotel has a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker in the room if you would like to bring a few things for your meals.

Please pass this information along to those you are travelling with who may not have emails. We apologize for the inconvenience. Demetre’s just blind sided us after telling us they would be open early and on Monday, so our folks could get breakfast early.

There are other quick options close by.

Annual Lodge Information Form and 123 Form for Districts

Hello again Brothers and Sisters!

This should be the last email you see from me today.

With Lodge Elections having taken place, I am attaching the Annual Lodge Information Form. Please complete this form and send it to the Grand Lodge Office as soon as you can so we can keep the information for your Lodge up to date and keep you in the information loop. So far I have received 3 of the Annual Information Forms. I need these forms so our Journal of Proceedings, our Website, and our listings can be correct and up to date.

Districts, and Lodges with an incoming DDGM, I have attached the 123 form for Districts. We need this information for our Journal of Proceedings, our Website, and to keep the Districts in our information loop. I have, so far, received 5 of these completed forms. Please complete and return these forms as soon as possible as I am about to generate commissions and materials for the incoming DDGMs.

Thank You Brothers and Sisters!
