This is to announce the Joint Reception of Lt Gen Kathryn Bellmore, Department Commander Elect and Patriarch Jim Broadfoot, Grand Patriarch Elect, to be held Wednesday June 3rd.
This reception will be held in the Alexander Graham Bell Room of the Best Western Hotel and Conference Centre in Brantford.

Christmas Message from Brother Jason Walt – Grand Master
Fraternal Greetings from the Grand Master
As the year 2025 comes to an end, I want to say, what a wild ride it has been. Since being installed in May I have travelled many many miles and met many many wonderful people.Spreading the good news of Odd Fellowship has been a major part of my message. Give yourselves a pat on the back brothers and sisters. WE DO GOOD WORK.
As we head into the Holiday Season, I hope you all find time to rest during the busyness. Spend time with family and friends. Cherish them. You never know who won’t be there next year.
I pray for all those who have lost loved ones in the last year. All those brothers and Sisters that are at rest. You are not forgotten. It is never easy this time of year. I lost my mother in December of 2008. Remember the good times.
In this season of giving, don’t forget my projects. The pilgrimage for youth tour and the New Life Womens Home.
On behalf of myself and all the Grand Lodge Officers of the Grand Lodge of Ontario, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Safe travels everyone. see you in 2026.

Valley City Lodge 117 is conferring the Initiatory Degree on Tuesday, January 27th. The meeting begins at 7:30 pm. The snow date will be Feb 10th in case of inclement weather. 2026 Annual Sessions and Banquet
Hello Everyone!
Attached, you will find the Bedroom Flyer for Booking Rooms for the 2026 Annual Session. Please note that the Rodeway Inn is not accepting room bookings until January 1, 2026
Also attached is the Banquet Form for the 2026 Sessional Banquet. There were lots of wonderful reports in relation to the Banquet last year and we can only seat a limited number of people due to the size of the Banquet Room. Please make sure you book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. The caterer for 2026 is the same one we had in 2025, so we are expecting another fantastic experience!
You may have received these forms before but I sincerely don’t want you to miss out!
