Also attached is the Banquet Form for the 2026 Sessional Banquet. There were lots of wonderful reports in relation to the Banquet last year and we can only seat a limited number of people due to the size of the Banquet Room. Please make sure you book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. The caterer for 2026 is the same one we had in 2025, so we are expecting another fantastic experience!

Lodge Secretaries, you will find the form to report the information for your Lodge Rep on pages P139 and P140 of the 2025 Journal of Proceedings. Please use page P139 to let us know who will be attending or, if your Lodge will not be sending a Rep, please use page P140 to let us know there will be no Rep from your Lodge. We must know either way.
